Our Programs

Development

Aimed youth 4 years or older, who are either first-time skaters or youth yet to play in an organized league. Players will participate in instruction and scrimmages. This session will provide the basic skills and confidence to excel in league play.

Recreational Leagues

Players will participate in full rink practices, games and an end of season playoff. Player ages in team divisions will not exceed 4 years. Players will work on enhanced skill development and teamwork in a fun, upbeat environment.

Goalie Academy

An opportunity for players to learn the position of goalie. A limited supply of goalie gear is available. Players will learn the basic fundamentals of playing goalie.

Beyond the Rink

ToV Hockey extends well beyond the rink. From Hershey Bears games, to Movie Nights at the Rink to the Holiday Parade, players and families engage in multiple activities throughout the year.

ABOUT TOVHA

The Top of Virginia Hockey Alliance was formed in 2017 to provide all levels of play including recreational and competitive inline and ball hockey experiences to the Greater Winchester, Virginia Area. We provide a wide array of hockey experiences from learn to skate and skill clinics, to youth leagues and more. TOPHA is committed to lowering the cost barrier by offering full gear for beginner players and cost minded league experiences.
