ALEX LIMOGES + CALDER CUP MEET & GREET

Friday, Sept 6th 4 - 5:30 pm

Make plans for Friday, September 6th from 4 to 5:30 pm at the ToV Hockey Rink at James Wood Middle School to meet our local Calder Cup Champion, Alex Limoges. He has graciously given some of his day with the Calder Cup for a photo/autograph appearance. Photographs for Alex to sign will be provided.

Let’s show up big Winchester for this local champion and celebrate his achievement. Come and be a part of Alex’s Hockey Story.

Puck drops for Spring hockey (leagues and learn to play/development) on September 8th.

Sunday afternoon games ( 1pm - 7 pm) at James Wood Middle School (Next to Trails at MSV). Non checking/contact league with certified coaches & refs. Full (helmet to skate) low-cost rental gear available. Financial aid available. Inquire for details.

FREE HOCKEY FOR MILITARY YOUTH

Top of Virginia Hockey Alliance is again super proud to offer FREE HOCKEY to youth of active and retired military through one of our many patriotic sponsors, Navy Federal Credit Union. Message for more details.

Our Programs

Development

Aimed youth 4 years or older, who are either first-time skaters or youth yet to play in an organized league. Players will participate in instruction and scrimmages. This session will provide the basic skills and confidence to excel in league play.

Recreational Leagues

Players will participate in full rink practices, games and an end of season playoff. Player ages in team divisions will not exceed 4 years. Players will work on enhanced skill development and teamwork in a fun, upbeat environment.

Goalie Academy

An opportunity for players to learn the position of goalie. A limited supply of goalie gear is available. Players will learn the basic fundamentals of playing goalie.

Beyond the Rink

ToV Hockey extends well beyond the rink. From Hershey Bears games, to Movie Nights at the Rink to the Holiday Parade, players and families engage in multiple activities throughout the year.

ABOUT TOVHA

The Top of Virginia Hockey Alliance was formed in 2017 to provide all levels of play including recreational and competitive inline and ball hockey experiences to the Greater Winchester, Virginia Area. We provide a wide array of hockey experiences from learn to skate and skill clinics, to youth leagues and more. TOPHA is committed to lower the cost barrier by offering full gear for beginner players and cost minded league experiences.
